Diagnosis: Brain tumors. Felicity lost her son when he was 16 years old. She went into a deep depression and did not know how to move on with her life. One day she heard the voice of her dead son, that she has to move to Bali. This moment changed her life (again).
After Malachi had passed away, I came to Bali. I was on a holiday, sitting on an island called Lombok. There were two boys walking past me, herding their goats. I had a brief communication with them. We couldn’t speak each other’s language. But it was a really touching moment. As they walked off, I heard Malachi’s voice saying to me: Mum, you have to move to Bali. I just started to cry. The moment was so real. Shortly after that I was offered a role working for a health and wellbeing business here in Bali. It just made perfect sense that this was to be my journey.
It’s a community of people coming together to bring healing into the world and the lives with in it. It’s all around sharing stories. Storytelling passes on so much wisdom and knowledge and strength. I want to create a community of people who are sharing their stories around death and the loss of loved ones. Who share what helped them to move forward. Death is a subject of taboo quite often. Through this process I want to be able to dispel that taboo. To release those stuck feelings. To gently shift people from a place of darkness into the light. Offering support through counceling sessions and holding retreats in Bali. I want to support people in a beautiful place like Bali.

Many thanks Felicity for sharing your personal story with us. You are such an incredible, strong woman! Lots of love from us and all the best for your amazing project!
